I have a similar product that I have had for a few years. Used to love it. All of a sudden I lost the antenna symbol for atomic clock. I tried new batteries, reprogramming, calling tech support,, all I got is "it's time to buy a new one". Don't get me wrong, it still works fine, except now I doesn't keep good time. I have to reset it every couple months. The unit is in the same place it has always been.
