"Unable to Change Any Settings"
None of the clock buttons on the back are working. I called the 888-211-1923 and Phyllis insisted on talking me through setting up the clock which I am familiar with doing since we've had the clock almost two years. Somehow it was not connecting with the that the buttons were not working. After FINALLY getting her to understand, of course the clock in beyond the ONE-YEAR warranty and I got a 40% coupon. This is a $120 clock that should be of a BETTER manufacturer quality than something purchased at Goodwill or the Salvation Army. Shame on you LaCrosse Technology!!!
"Correct my previous review"
Recently I purchased the large wall clock. When I got it and tried to set it up, I didn’t follow the instructions. As a result, I gave an incorrect review. I returned the clock for a replacement. While I was waiting for the replacement I read the instructions (on-line) and discovered where I went wrong.
I set up the replacement in a very short time and was very happy with it.
When it tells you to insert a paperclip in the little hole… do it. It will resolve the issues.
I am very happy with the clock because of its size and the accuracy of the temperature[s]. I also bought two smaller ones (WS-8115U), one for my office and the other for my vanity. I am totally satisfied with all three.
"Unable To Change Any Settings"
The clock buttons on the back of the clock do not seem to work at all. Unable to set the TIME, DATE, TIMEZONE, or the ALARM.
