"5 days to reset - Not on Internet Sales Sites"
Its Daylight Savings Time and we thought this clock would solve the age old problem of resetting from the internet web sites selling the clock. However, it didn't reset and now on the manufacturer's site it says, "May take 5 days to reset". Wow, not what we had in mind. I would not have bought this clock if it was on the sale data. Not worth the aggravation.
We apologize for the aggravation. Yes, it can take up to 5 nights for an Atomic clock to catch the Atomic signal. Our Radio Controlled clocks, watches and weather stations receive an embedded radio signal from the Atomic Clock in Ft. Collins, Colorado that tells the product to change to or from Daylight Saving Time. Radio signals are subject to atmospheric and other types of interference.
La Crosse Technology
Nice looking. Easy to read. Even though radio frequencies have a hard time in our location, after a couple of hours it was in sync. Thank you.
Bought this model many years ago and it's worked wonderfully in all that time. Bought a replacement now that the gearing is all worn down. Well worth the price.
