Four times per day your station will update the time from our View Weather Server. This will update the time and date based on zip code entered in the app.

VIEW WEATHER SERVER

Specifications

Your weather station checks with the View Weather Server four times per day. The View Weather Server can gather information from different Internet weather services. The primary source of information is from AccuWeather.

Different stations may show different weather data based on when they update from the View Weather Server.

IMPORTANT:
There may be small discrepancies between data displayed on your station and data shown through other AccuWeather services, such as their website and/or mobile app. This is common, as there are differences in the timing in which forecast data is fetched by these items. Our connected weather stations will receive forecast updates at least 4 times daily.

Definitions

• Weather Forecast Icons (Sun, Rain, etc.): The next 12 hour weather prediction that can be updated every 3 hours as the station checks with the Weather Server.
• Chance of Precipitation: Forecast for 12 hour period
• HI | LO Temperature: Forecast of daytime maximum temperature and overnight minimum temperature.
• Wind Direction: Forecasted sustained wind direction for the indicated hour.

Data Stream Items

The Data Stream selections will update when there is a change in condition and your station is notified of the change.
