"Time didn't update"
Clock has to be manually reset and DST is on.
Please allow 3-5 nights for your unit to correctly change for the start of DST before contacting us. Often it is just an interference issue that will resolve on its own. It can be a little tricky to get it to sync up with the outdoor sensor. Once it sync's I love this clock!!!!
"Time and date don't work automatically"
Clock has to be reset MANUALLY when battries are replaced and/or daylight time changes.
Please refer to page 7 of the FAQ's on this items Support Tab. The section will be titled Daylight Saving Time. Make sure to check whether the DST indicator is ON or OFF. If the indicator is OFF the clock will not change. We hope you find this helpful.
