My Station/Alarm was connected to Wi-Fi but will no longer connect

Download the latest version of the La Crosse View App.  Once in the App, select "Connect Wi-FI" from the main menu.  The App will guide you through the best method to get you connected.

If you are still unable to connect to Wi-Fi and have one of the following items, please watch the video HERE first, then click the links below as appropriate.

  • I have a C83100 - click HERE then go to the Register/Warranty tab to fill out the form (including address) to receive a replacement display. 
  • I have a C82929 - click HERE then go to the Register/Warranty tab to fill out the form (including address) to receive a replacement alarm. 
  • I have a S82950 - click HERE then go to the Register/Warranty tab to fill out the form (including address) to receive a replacement display.
