"Having trouble connecting or giving correct data"
Looks cool, and it connected successfully to my wifi. Outside temp is 62 it shows 73. Hasn't changed. Reset numerous times, says 73 degrees. The time is a few seconds off as well. Not sure if it is the unit or the service "accuWeather" that is having trouble.

"Cool product, terrible software"
Trying to reconfigure this product in a new location with a different network is a nightmare and hardly worth the effort.
- Hello Jack , Thank you for your review. We really appreciate your comments. When changing networks for the connected devices you must hold the PLUS(+) and MINUS(-) buttons on the display for 5 seconds to clear the old network information from the device. You will see the Wi-Fi icon flashing. If you have issues connecting to a new network please contact our support team for assistance.
